These days, major subdivision projects are incredibly complex. But when Construction C.R.D. finds a site to develop, they know we’ll be excited to take on the challenge! We put our knowledge of the greater Quebec City area’s subdivision by-laws and our mastery of the metropolitan community’s interim control by-laws (RCI 2010-41 and RCI 2019-91) to good use so our clients can maximize the site’s potential.
Phase 2 of Boisé Natura is no exception. This 160-lot subdivision for semi-detached, single-family, and multi-family homes was completed in 2022 after 3 years of design. During that time, we conducted various surveys to identify areas with constraints and produced several versions of the subdivision proposal to reconcile the interests and needs of the municipality with those of the developer. The result was exactly what we had hoped for: sensible zoning that suited its environment. We used our experience in design and cadastral matters to deliver the project in record time.
