Project description

When the people of C.R. Gagnon Inc. entrust us with their projects, they know we’ll deliver! Our experience with buildings held in divided co-ownership is more than proven. For this fourth building, which is home to 117 units on a property with a unique view, we accompanied the developer every step of the way.

The Jardins du Séminaire Phase I project uses a common access road and shares amenities with the neighbouring buildings. We produced the technical descriptions for the multiple easements needed to operate these facilities properly. A series of surveys carried out successively over the past 10 years showed the developer the exact topography and areas with constraints on the site—a must for planning the work properly.

Depending on the exact work to be done, we deployed our land or construction surveying teams to implement, locate, and measure different infrastructure. 

Of course, you can’t always see just how brilliantly your partner has done their job until the end of the process—after all, the co-ownership cadastre plans need to be made official and the certificates of location need to be prepared in time for the buyers to take possession! Our proven work methods and large implementation team allow us to cope with the unexpected and still meet the highest expectations.
