Project description
As part of this project, the charming area of Mont-St-Anne and the municipality of Saint-Ferréol-Les-Neiges is highlighted by the streets' orientation and layout maximizing the view of the mountain.
This large-scale project, consisting of 100 lots served by a water system and sewers, required several years of work and support from our team so that the promoters could obtain the numerous authorizations required to carry out their project. The result lives up to everyone's expectations with a Scandinavian home design tailor-made for this high-end project, emphasizing all the splendor of the nordic feel.
